Asolo, 7 May 2026 – SCARPA launches RIBELLE CROSS 2, a lightweight hiking shoe designed for fast and confident movement across a variety of terrain, from light hikes and approaches to more dynamic use on the trails.
A new addition to the brand’s light hiking collection, RIBELLE CROSS 2 is engineered to deliver a smooth and efficient experience, combining the lightness and breathability of a running shoe with the stability and durability typical of hiking footwear. The result is a versatile model, ideal for tackling different environments with confidence.
At the core of the design is a minimal upper made from high-tenacity technical mesh with TPU overlays, developed for fast and precise movement across mixed terrain. This construction strikes a balance between freedom and support, following the natural motion of the foot and providing protection in more exposed areas.
The upper materials deliver high breathability, keeping the foot cool during prolonged activity in warm climates. At the same time, TPU reinforcements provide resistance and protection on uneven surfaces.
The full-length PRESA® outsole compound ensures durability, traction and stability, supporting fast progression—even on more technical routes. The tread pattern enhances both push-off and braking phases, maintaining control and confidence across varied terrain.
